If you’ve opted for an exchange or return, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup. You need to write us at [email protected] with your order ID and details of product exchange. Our team will assist you within 24 hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, in original condition, and packed safely for return.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order anytime via your SuprAlly Account > My Orders.
If we’re unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or other issues, we will attempt contact twice before cancelling the order and issuing a refund (if applicable).
