Return & Refund policy

At SuprAlly, your satisfaction is important to us. While our products are curated with care and sustainability in mind, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items eligible for return include school supplies, apparel, accessories, and eco-products (unless marked as final sale).
• Customized,hygiene based or perishable items( like foods/snacks) are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the shipping address if applicable.
3. You may need to self-ship the product unless reverse pickup is available in your area.

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will credit a refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method (or as store credit if you choose).
• If the return is approved and initiated by SuprAlly (e.g., damaged/defective item), shipping charges will also be refunded.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. For size-related or school-specific product replacements, please mention details clearly in your return request.

Approved exchange/replacement product will be delivered in 10 days 

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Books with school-specific markings or custom bundles
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Customized school kits, personalized gear
• Opened food/snack items

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return. For assistance, contact [email protected].

7. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if the item does not meet our conditions.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
